Yes. You just need to run the Fusion Computer Support app and call us.
Can someone access my PC after the screen sharing session?
No. Screen-Sharing is disabled once the session & remote support app are closed.
Is it secure to allow screen sharing on my computer?
Yes. Your PC will generate a pass-code that is unique to each remote support session.
What is the rate for a remote support session?
Rates start at just $20.00 for the first 15 minute support session and billed in 15 minute increments.
How do I pay for the remote computer support session?
The support fee is due when the session is finished. We accept all major credit cards.
